You can buy the books directly online below or at leading bookshops in and around Amsterdam as listed in the column on the right.
Please note we when posting we use standard mail services. Postage costs are as follows:
- Netherlands - For orders within the Netherlands we post for free.
- Europe - To ship within Europe we add a standard fee of 5 Euro Shipping per book.
- Worldwide - For the rest of the world (Austrialia, USA, New Zealand, etc) we charge 8 Euro per book.
Postage is charged per weight and each book weighs just over 250g.
